It Does Minimize
But I think they run a little small width-wise. Think I'll try the next size up.

Wacoal black bra
Fits exactly as expected and is very comfortable. I would have given this 5 stars had it been slightly padded for t-shirt wear. Cups are thin satin material. Not exactly for under thin tops or t-shirts. But I'm keeping it because it's so comfortable to wear. I learned my lesson to read the reviews before purchasing. Had I known the cups were thin, I would not have purchased it.

The band is a little stiff.
Well made, nice bra. The band is stiff and feels tight when brand new. Relaxes with wear and washing.

Torturous
I've never used a bra from Wacoal before. This was an extremely disappointing experience since this bra was highly rated and recommended by others in product reviews from all over the web. The cup/strap size, etc wasn't the problem but the underwire was a HUGE problem. The underwire felt very thick and like it was made of a hard inflexible plastic that dug into me in more than one place every time I made a move of any kind, so much so that it was actually painful and unwearable. After wearing it for maybe five minutes and trying to get used to the feel, with the intent of getting completely dressed and going out, I ended up completely taking it off, replacing it with an older bra, and throwing it in the trash instead. Wacoal MAY be a good brand, I dont know, but I know I'd never recommend this underwire bra to anyone unless they want to feel tortured through their day.

Minimizer bra
I must say I love this minimizer bra. I used to buy it at Macy's until I found it here on Amazon way cheaper. If you are looking for a minimizer bra that will give you support this is the one.
