Huge disappointment.Firstly the quality of the print and blurred black and white photos is shocking.The content looks like someone has gone to google and copied and pasted from there.Dont waste your money, look for a better book!Returned

I like this. It's informative and easy to read. It's a good basic beginner book. I particularly like the tonic and soup receipes at the back of the book.
