Getting a second so have front and back - brilliant product
I am buying my second! Will put one in front and one on back to precisely position myself for side sleeping. This way, no body pillow needed for my front either. This is a brilliant design as it will not let you get on your back. Yet, when you are subconsciously trying within your sleep it will not cause pain or discomfort either that would wake you as would happen with other types of products. I did not want any balls eating into my back and suddenly waking me up. This was different - this is an air cushion - somehow both firm and soft. My doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea. She said some people find apnea goes away from side sleeping but some do not. Obviously, duh, I would want to know if I am in he first category since that is such an easy, convenient, cheap and potentially life-saving solution! The problem is I never did find out from the doctor exacty how to endure I remain on side. Foam wedges and body pillows did not help, I ended up on back, nor could I program myself to do it. This is what worked!!

Did not help my mild sleep apnea.
Having this thing strapped to my back and around my body only kept me awake all night. So uncomfortable. I tried a bolster pillow / firm body pillow which worked for me to keep me on my side and allowed me to change to the other side more easily than this product. I could not change sides with this thing without sitting all the way up and turning. And when I did, the belt and the whole slumber bump got off center. So I was wide awake at this point. Try a firm body pillow, one is sold on Amazon (Oubonun) for less than half the price of this product works great. It’s heavy and does not move easily but it’s easier than this thing.

Didn't work for me
This is a tool to prevent a person from turning on their back during sleep. That's helpful for sufferers from sleep apnea, whose airways can be constricted by the force of gravity if they are back sleepers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the right result from the slumber bump, though I do think it's an ingenious idea in concept. If I fastened it on loosely enough not to interfere with the action of my lungs/diaphragm, I would wake up in the morning with the bump under my armpit, not still on my back. When I tightened it to keep the bump in place, it was uncomfortable enough to keep me awake. Might work for others, but for me it was money down the drain. Do think it's overpriced for what it is.

Diaphragm/bladder doesnt last long/works other than that
Worked great for 4 months, then the bladder failed and won't hold air anymore. Very disappointed. For a $100.00 it should last a bit longer than that.I just took a large cotton towel, folded it up just right and stuffed it inside, zipped it back up and it works great now. It's full, soft and uniform and wont leak!Threw the junkyy bladder away. Not sure why they use a stupid plastic inflatable bladder in the first place. It eventually just leaks and deflates. It should have came with a piece of memory foam installed. Great support item except for that flaw. Slumber bump, would like me to be on your new design team? LOL.

Perfect
Light weight and comfortable, this does exactly what it was designed for - keeps you from sleeping on your back.

Something finally worked!
I have tried chin straps and nose strips. They helped a bit. This was the device that stopped my snoring by keeping me sleeping on my side. This is also perfect for travel. Worth trying.

Not Good!
UPDATE: Worthless item. Caused more snoring with it on than without it. We need to find another more effective way to prevent rolling and back sleeping. Returning for full refund.I’m sorry, but $80 for what?? Cheap, basic, simplistic engineering doesn’t justify this ridiculous price. Filled bladder with air but was too big to fit back in the zippered bag, so had to deflate to fit. The direction that the bladder goes back in the bag doesn’t make any logical sense. Why the directional arrows?? Ugh...going to give it a shot but already not impressed. Seems like a get rich quick silly product you’d see on Shark Tank.

Not for me
It actually performs its intended function well – keeping you from sleeping on your back. Unfortunately for me, that led to considerable pain from not being able to relax my arms and legs overnight. After one night of discomfort and a second night of real pain, I gave up.
