This product is amazing, you can lay your phone flat like a normal Qi charger pad or use the magnetic stand to keep it raised up. Makes it easy to check your phone quickly in the middle of the night or the morning. Plus, being able to charge all 3 of my most used devices taking up one outlet is really practical. Super good price for the quality- I didn't want to pay more for the fancier one because this functions the same and was less than thirty usd. The only gripe I have about it is that it takes a few minutes to get it travel ready because of the way the Apple Watch charger is installed. You wrap a 3 foot USB A Watch charger around the bottom like a coil and then stick the puck up to the top; then you have to really finesse the charging puck into the ring while you try and get them both into the hard plastic hole in the base. It always takes me a minute or two when I take it off/put it back and it makes me feel like it'll snap one piece or another at some point but so far I haven't had any issues. I'm not sure how they would manage to fix this problem either, given that the charger has to fit perfectly in the bottom coils, but the charger puck head just sticks out when I travel so it doesn't lay perfectly flat. It's a design flaw but all things considered, it's made me buy several so that I don't have to take the one of my nightstand as frequently. Definitely a buy.

REVISED:One of the chargers we plugged directly into the wall. It works most consistently but you do have to be careful to place it correctly. The other we had placed in an auxiliary charger. Once we moved the plug to the direct wall outlet, the charge was more consistent as with the first one.Great customer service from Anker helping us to trouble shoot and stand behind their product integrity. It definitely does require more power to perform consistently.*****We purchase a lot of Anker products and accessories, as we are very happy with their consistent quality. We actually bought two of these units because we trust the company’s products. Unfortunately, we have the same issue on both chargers.We have an iPhone X Plus and an iPhone 13 Plus. Sometimes we can set them on the charger and it works beautifully. However about half the time the light keeps flashing, indicating that it isn’t making appropriate contact with the charge. On those mornings, we wake up to nearly dead phones that didn’t charge at all over night.Typically we are able to get the connection after several minutes of fiddling with the unit and adjusting the placement of the phones. However all of our precious chargers have been much less fussy, so we shouldn’t need to spend such significant time when we should be able to just set it down.I’d return them both, but we have tossed the boxes.
