This does not fit hockey style skates and do not hug the blade as good so don't expect these guards to stay on. They seem to be meant for kids size skates since my 12 size skate blade was too big for these to even get around. Bought these for the price but I think a better option would be going to Dick's sporting goods and buying the cloth guards
