was so skeptical ording pillows off of here but I have to say, these are great I recommend them 100% especially cost wise bang for you buck is there. They are cool and sit firm which looks very uniform on the bed when it's made as well. Great item would order again if I needed more. I would recommend to get a pillowcase that has the flap though they are so soft you slip and slide lol

I never leave bad reviews and this one isn’t terrible. I bought the same pillow five years ago where the cover is still cool (now aged), but this one does not have the same super cooling factor. Still a great pillow with good comfort.

I had hoped I was getting a pillow like the one I used at my son's house. Sleep Innovations was the brand and the photo looked the same but some reviews did state the pillow was too firm. And it is! Now I have spent $47 for a pillow that is too hard. It hurts my neck halfway through the night. I end up switching to another pillow. I did read that I need to give it time, but I am going on a week now and it is still hard to get used to. I always have this problem with pillows and not being able to find one that works for me. I have tried a LOT of pillows. This one was one of the more expensive ones.

It’s comfortable and actually does stay cool.

UPDATE: After four months of sleeping on this pillow, it was time to make a change. I just can’t handle the firmness of it. I do not recommend this for stomach sleepers. My sleep the last month and a half has started to become uncomfortable and I find myself waking up many times throughout the night. One night I rolled over and felt my neck at this awkward angle and knew that it was the pillow that was interrupting my precious sleeping hours. If you do not like firm pillows at all this is NOT the pillow for you!My pillow arrived clean, despite other peoples reviews. I have slept on my pillow for a week now. It took me a few nights to get used to it. My last sleep innovations pillow was much different. I loved that thing and had it for far too long. So I ordered this one.It is cool to the touch, however, once a pillow case is thrown on top, no more coolness that I can feel. I will not sleep on a pillow without a cover. I have not gotten too hot though so it might just be that this pillow is helping.It is very firm. Do not expect to sink into this pillow like you would a down feather. Once again. It is VERY firm.I am a side and stomach sleeper. After the last few nights I have found that my sleep has been excellent. I truly like this pillow. Only four stars because it’s not the best pillow I have slept on. That one just got taken by the garbage man.

Only COOL..without a pillow case.

I purchased this same pillow years ago, at a store, and I loved it. However, I gave it to my mom because she was struggling to sleep with her frozen shoulder. Now she loves it. I've purchased about 3 pillows since then, and none compare. So I had to find it again, and here it was on Amazon. I have to say, it's the same exact item...but it doesn't arrive like the pillow I purchased at the store. There's an odor that deters you at first, but I let it air out. The instructed day or 2 doesn't do it. It took me about 2 weeks, and even after I started using it, it took about another week for the slight hint of a smell to go away. Now however, it doesn't smell. Another thing, when I first got it the pillow was so hard. But after 3 weeks of "airing it out" it was a bit softer. Still firm, but soft enough for me to sleep better than I did with my old pillow, that I was replacing. All in all it's getting better. Just have to be patient. I do prefer this pillow over the others though.

Best pillow EVER!! I was recently on vacation and slept on these amazing pillows. I loved them so much I knew I just had to have them at home. So the bed we slept on was a king and the pillows were these exact pillows but they were a bigger size. I see this only offers "standard." I purchased them anyway thinking they must just all be the bigger size we used on vacation. However, they arent. They really are just a "standard" size pillow. That's okay though because I only have a queen bed, so these fit my bed perfectly. They are a but firm but not too firm. Feels like it is just a perfect contour and support around my head. They dont technically feel cool all night, but it doesnt get hot like a normal pillow does. I like that they are heavy and stay in place well. I have never spent this amount of money on a pillow but it is totally worth it. I was a little apprehensive when I saw reviews stating they changed them. But for me I couldnt very happier. I guess we will see over time how it holds up cuz they do offer a 5year warranty. But I am so happy right now that I have found these pillows and excited to use them at night!

J’avais ce model depuis des années déjà. Je l’adore. Jamais aussi bien dormis. La tête ce forme bien dans l’oreiller, mais elle reste ne renfonce pas. Le soutiens et formidable.J’ai commander ce model la parce que mon copain etait jaloux de mon oreiller. Le model a un peu changer mais il l’adore tout de meme. Il n’y a pas le cold effect.

Had this pillow for over 4 years and decided to get another when this went on sale. Very satisfied with my pillow, a little stiff to begin with but i know that over time it'll soften up. LOVE having two of these pillows.

I have purchased $$$ pillows in the past and nothing comes close to this one. I love how it cradles my head so gently but also firmly supports my head and neck. I no longer wake up with neck pain or headaches. It keeps my head cool at night and I fall asleep so much more quickly because I'm immediately in a comfortable, supported position using this pillow. I HIGHLY recommend. 10/10.

Used this pillow for a while now. People complain it doesn't cool, and I have to semi agree. The pillow will cool to a certain degree, but you have to have it without an additional pillowcase on. The cooling sensation is mostly from the casing on the pillow itself. The structure of the pillow is nice for me, im a side sleeper, and I find it okay through the night. If you bought one of these from the brand years ago, don't assume this is it, as it is definitely not the same thing.
