This is the best kit for the money! It comes with literally everything you need and it’s so easy to use and the amount of wax it comes with is crazy!!! Plus at of colors to pick from which I love… It just adds a little something to a letter, scrap book , craft whatever you want! It’s definitely worth the money!

The media could not be loaded.  I used this to keep our very thick wedding invitations closed. They came with no adhesive and I was at a loss for what to do, since glue sticks wouldn’t keep them shut and mixed media paste made them impossible to open.. I ended up using a tiny bit of paste on the lateral edges and the wax seal in the middle. Worked perfectly! I used the flower seal for family and the cat in the window seal for friends.It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. The main issue I ran into at the beginning is having a big excess of wax on one side of the seal and barely enough to reach the edge of the seal on the other. This was a problem when I was trying to use just 2 wax pellets. I discovered 2 is enough if you’re very skilled at angling the seal in just the right way (going from one side and ensuring there is a little extra wax along that side, so when you press it down, you will push the rest of the extra to the other side). It‘s easier and more consistent with 3 wax pellets, because you have a lot more leeway and don’t end up with no wax on one edge and a ton on the other, even if you press straight down.Tips:- press down lightly at first and then increase to full force once the wax is starting to spill out around the metal stamp- hold the stamp down for a few seconds- don’t try to force the metal stamp off the wax. When it’s ready, the stamp will easily come away from the wax with very minimal effort- the hotter your metal stamp is, the longer the wax will take to harden. If you’re doing a bunch in a row, expect that you will need to leave the stamp resting on the wax for at least a minute

The media could not be loaded.  This kit has everything a beginner would need. The smelting tool, tea candles, envelopes, wax and 2 stamps.Wax melts easily. Wipes clean with paper towel if you do it before the wax is completely cooled, just be cateful. I guess one down side is that the tea candles are shallow.

Great value

Lots of wax, good color selection, wax melts slowly, let it fully melt. The stamp heads are good quality considering your price point, the image came out clear and detailed every time. Only two issues; one that the tea lights seem to burn out fairly quick, and second it would be nice if it came with a stirrer to help mix and melt the wax. Otherwise I’m really pleased and I would recommend this as a starter kit even with that in mind. Easy enough to use these tea lights and then buy more better quality ones, and to purchase your own stirrer separately.

This kit is perfect for beginners! The wax colors and vintage style tools are gorgeous and I love all the extra decorative items that came with it! I’ve never owned or used a wax seal kit and the reviews I read gave a lot of helpful tips on how to use it and make it easier!Tips I found that helped me —Make sure the wax is completely melted, these are plastic beads and if you pour it before knowing for sure it’s completely melted it can come out stringy.The tweezers are for mixing the wax but DON’T remove the plastic cap for the tweezers because the sharp metal can leave gouges in the melting bowl. My recommendation is to use something else entirely to stir the wax that won’t damage the bowl.If you’re making a bunch of wax melts one right after the other, make sure to put the stamp on ice. If the stamp is too hot it’ll stick to the wax and will not come off clean. MAKE SURE to wipe the water off the stamp head or it will warp the wax image.From a fellow beginner, I hope this helps! 🖤

I got these as a gift and just love all the great colours of wax available. It's a perfect little kit and very easy to use.

I’m new to this area of crafting and have been wanting to implement the seals for my cards and envelopes. I searched high and low on Amazon and took the time to read reviews. I’m beyond thrilled with this choice. ‘The items are nicely boxed and the colours of the wax beads are amazing. The kit didn’t arrived damaged at all and the box makes it easy to keep everything together. I don’t have to go searching for everything in my desk.I can’t say enough good things about this kit. The pens work well (I thought they would be dried out) but nope. They work great. They even include glitter, which I still have to try out.Buy this kit from this seller, if you aren’t sure. When you mix the colours on the wax heater you get fantastic results.The seal ends up looking like it is made out of marvel. The spoon also gives you the perfect amount of wax. Super convenient. The candles are not the best. but one can easily upgrade that. The box is beautiful and so are the envelopes. Did I mention the wax is amazing? My gf absolutely adores the cat stamp. Loved this purchase. Thank you!

The stamps are good quality, the wax melts as expected, the candle stove and spoon work well with the candles provided. I will say the markers are not great, one of mine was already almost dry and the other was just not good, and there is less variety of colours than I would have thought, also the twine is quite thick to be stamping on top of. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could, but since there were a few disappointing things I couldn’t give it 5/5. Overall worth a buy if you are new or want to get in to wax seals.
