I bought these thinking they’d be great to supplement my husbands other metal pods. It was a disappointment. We have an Instapot Espresso/Coffee maker. The first time using these pods, two of them crumpled.Now, I have to go and get more metal ones…..

Excellent customer service and follow up, but not what i wanted.
I am a huge nespresso coffee lover and I thought I was going to save money by buying this but the only result I got was watered down coffee... it's more water than anything.Updated: good customer service and good follow up as well. They try to help me with the product and give me more instructions, but I am returning the product.
