Q: Do these boots have good traction on ice?

I love these boots, but I work outside all year and no I would not say they have good traction on ice.

Q: Would these be suitable for glacier hiking in iceland? CAn you put crampons on them?

These boots are not insulated at all. The traction on these boots will most likely not be up to par for that kind of hiking. I do not know about the crampons.

Q: Are these good for hiking?

They are a great all around boot, hiking. walking, lightweight and comfortable.

Q: Are they good in the snow? I wear my hiking boots all winter long.

They did well in the rain. They were warm and did not need any break-in time. I'm looking forward to wearing mine all winter.
