Makes the PERFECT Yorkshire puddings
Although you have to be careful with the oil on the bottom of the cups as they are shallow, this pan makes absolutely perfect Yorkshire puddings. My big problem has always been that although my Yorkshires would look perfect coming out of the oven in the usual muffin cups, they usually sank and were gummy. These are absolutely perfect, rising like volcano craters, making the perfect wells for gravy or something else in the middle.

Struggled to find a tin where my Yorkshire puddings didn’t stick and so far Iv had no problems with this tin, at first I thought it was a bit pricey but now I think it’s 100% worth every penny !

Works great but do not overfill
Bcaredup not to overfill the shallow pans can overflow and create a but if a mess but the pan is great and without user error works great for my Yorkshires.
