This is GRAPHITE paper
I purchased this paper a couple years ago as "transfer paper" to trace images for watercolor paintings. With watercolor painting you want a transfer paper that can be erased where you don't want heavy lines to show. I used the old product many times and it worked well so I recently re-ordered. This is graphite paper and says on the package that it is graphite paper. As with all graphite papers I've tried, you can't erase or lighten the lines. I'm sure that's a good thing for some purposes and it worked well to transfer an image onto paper. I'm not sure if there was a different product in the past but this is not a good product for tranferring an image for painting with transparent watercolor. I will probably find a purpose for it and won't return it but wanted to note that it doesn't erase.

Royal Brush Grey transfer paper:
As a Decorative Artist this Grey transfer paper is great! Black lines are very hard to erase or cover up. This light Grey is much easier to work with That is why I gave this product 5 stars.

Great for transferring designs!
I paint a lot of signs or signs or designs on canvas. These sheets have been great to do that with.

great tracing paper
This tracing paper is perfect, it traces and traces, one sheet lasts for many traces and you can erase the trace once no longer needed, but it does not fade while working, not even when inking or watercolor is used, you can see the trace clearly. I am very happy I found this.

Good quality
I got the gray transfer paper. It came on time & I have only used it once so far to transfer form paper to wood & it worked great. Made dark lines very easy to see. I'm very pleased with this product & I will order again.
