The media could not be loaded.  I was initially disappointed when I received and posted a review saying such. The seller reached out to investigate why I was so disappointed and a after listening I was sent a replacement and must say I now have a product that is the quality I was expecting!! Posted a picture and video so you can see how stable it is and the quality of the bearings when spinning the bottles. The real callout is to Emily who reached out to me and sorted this out. Not happy as two out of four optics were leaking!!

Poor quality compared with the price

one of the optics is leaking is there any way to get a replacement with out sending the hole thing back seama shame for just one part

A little disappointed as my item has arrived and given to hubby for father's day. Upon looking to put it together two screws from the bottom fell out of the base. When we unscrewed the two screws that was holding it on we found the plastic had snapped inside the base which has resulted in the other two screws not being able to hold the base together. I haven't put the rest together as I'm not sure whether it will be ok to keep or whether to return! I suppose the screws holding the main middle will help keep it all together?

Really pleased with my item looks great on my unit

Been delighted with this item but in less than a year, one of the optics has started to leak.This was not a cheap item and I was hoping to get many years use of it.

Il manquerait une notice de montage. On y arrive au final mais une petite aide serait bienvenue...
