Natural Jute Twine. 5 Ply X 520ft

A nice large roll of jute twine... 5 ply is perfect to wrap my recyclable papers. I originally purchased a smaller roll ofthis brand in the hardware store...less than half the size of this, but same 5 ply and fortunately I had saved the original wrapper so I could find this brand again. This is rather huge...I have to keep it on a shelf in the garage because it won't fit into a drawer in the kitchen...but it's going to last seeminglyforever. I prefer the 5 ply over the 3 ply...it never breaks or shreds...it doesn't get tangled up if you open the package properly...Always ready for wrapping or tying up something...I was happy to find this brand on amazon...and 520 feet is a lot of rope...but for someone who doesn't like walking through hardware stores, I was glad not to have to search endlesslyto replace the rope I had used up and liked.

I absolutely love this for tying up branches. I've gone through a couple of different brands but they are always too thin and break too easy. It's worth the extra money to be able to tie up branches and not have them break on you as you're carrying them through the yard. I definitely recommend this product

I spent a lot of time searching for a jute to reweave a wooden mini couch made of thick tree branches. It had to be a certain jute because I do not like when it's itchy to sit on. This jute is exactly what I was looking for! It's stronger and softer than the jutes I have found. I would definitely recommend this product!

it breaks a lot

I never understood why the free twine Home Depot provided outside their stores was so much better/stronger than what they sold in the store. The problem is that most cheap twines break when pulled tight (after going through the trouble of tying the bundles). For years I've been helping myself to a few yards of Home Depot's free twine but, thanks to Amazon, I can't remember when the last time I visited Home Depot. So I'm happy to have found this twine (and now have enough to last for years to come).

Somewhat uneven diameter along the rope, pretty rough on the hands and has a rather strong smell out of the package. But the fact that it's biodegradable instead of plastic makes up for it. Also, the rope itself is pretty sturdy despite the irregularities in its width.

Excellent garden twine. I used this for my climbing roses and it works well, no shredding and almost invisible amongst the rose canes. It is pricey but so far worth it. Does not cut into the wood or branches. Easy to handle & cut.
