I am currently doing a calorie deficit to lose weight and sometimes I feel hungry after dinner or start craving foods. I have one of these and it goes away immediately. I got the coconut chews and they also taste amazing! I am going to try the beet chews next. But the coconut ones are a must buy!

This chew doesn't taste like a supplement at all, it tastes like strawberry candy but not too sweet and with a nice texture. I have taken this for a few months and have not noticed a difference in energy. There are a lot of benefits of beet supplementation so I will continue taking these since they are so easy to take.

These chews taste great in my opinion. To my palette, these have a slight berry flavor. What I liked about these is that slight energy boost you get after eating one. And there is no crash afterwards that boost is gone. Unlike eating sugar, where you have a noticeable crash once your body uses the sugar.I don't like the price. I think all beets chewables in general are overpriced. So I only bought one bag and not sure if I'll buy more.

The taste is excellent. But I for one do not appreciate the coconut pieces that are in it. It’s a turn off for texture and because of the getting stuck in the teeth aspect when I’m with clients and at meetings and my hunger is getting me. Now to find one like this that is smooth.

I’ve been battling arthritis in both knees, as well as persistent peroneal tendinitis in my left foot, and these chews helped both conditions almost immediately. I’ve taken turmeric in capsule form prior to this and found it next to useless. These chews are pleasant tasting and seem to be more bioavailable, probably because you eat them like food, and are far more effective and faster acting than glucosamine and chondroitin. Like I said, I noticed a distinct improvement over the inflammation in both my knees and feet the very same day! This is my “go to” supplement now. Wouldn’t be without it!
