Great monitor, will never go back to small monitor
Great monitor, will never go back to small monitor, you can display two full size pages next to each other. I used to have to use two monitors on my desk.

Fuzzy text display is not good for business use
Avoid this monitor for reading text. I have two 27" IPS monitors side by side at work with Outlook open at the same magnification. This LG from 2017 displays fuzzy characters. The other is a Samsung LS27C570 from 2013 with crisp letters. Better monitors are available for business use.

Fabulous monitor, really good value for money
I had a 23 inch LG monitor for over six years, and when it came time to buy another, larger model, I looked at other brands but decided to stay with LG. I chose the 27 inch model as anything bigger would have been too much for my desk. This screen is connected to my pc and I find the quality superb. It arrived two days ago and I haven't even used the CD with the software yet. Set up and installation were super-easy. A stem slots into the back and is secured with two screws to a back plate and one from the base into the stem. The monitor has a 20 degree tilt range to the back and 5 degrees forward. Once the stand is mounted, you place a hand flat over the base and move the top frame of the screen back with the other hand. The monitor has three different connection ports: VGA, HDMI and DVI. The model I received came complete with a VGA cable, but I have it connected via an HDMI cable I bought separately (a gold-tipped Amazon Basics). There is also a headphone port at the back. The contrast, colour rendition and definition are outstanding. It's very bright but there is no glare. Five buttons under the bottom rim control options and menus. There are preset modes for text, movies, photos and games, and two Reader choices (making the page less bright). You can also make up your own custom settings. We use it all day as a computer screen and at night to watch movies or concerts, either online or from DVDs, as we do not own a TV. The picture quality is remarkable, and the IPS technology means that it's viewable from the sides. So far, I am delighted.

Retarded HDMI implementation
The design of this monitor is completely retarded. The HDMI input (the one input you actually want to use) is directly behind the VESA mount, so there is no way you can set the monitor completely vertical without crushing the HDMI cable. I bought a right angle adaptor to try and work around this, but since the HDMI port is recessed lower than the VGA port I can't plug it in. Shame LG. Obviously no testing was done. Spoils an otherwise good monitor.

Good for the price. VESA mount option. Various color settings to change. VGA/HDMI/DVI
Probably one of the more cheaper 27 inch name brand monitors I could find. I already had a similar older model of this which I still use also, so buying this was a safe bet. Been using this since Feb 2018 and still works fine. Most of my monitors are LG, i just have lots of luck with them and continue buying them.Just like my older model, the factory set brightness is fairly weak but its plenty enough if you modify the settings you can get it to a level that should work for anyone. Also has DVI/HDMI and analog D-Sub. All inputs I still use and glad they had analog D-Sub on there because I often will use it as a third input if i'm testing a pc and have the other 2 inputs used. Or even if its just an old DOS pc i have that only has VGA output. So yeah, good monitor. I recommend adjusting the brightness/gamma/colors a bit when you get it and also using a contrast guide to make sure you are going as high contrast as possible without washing out any details. You may find it a bit too greenish or maybe too red and want to turn that down a bit and add a bit more blue to it to make it look less dull. It has quite a bit of color control compared to my older version of this monitor, you can now adjust more detailed color settings and not just the standard Red/Green/Blue settings.

Excelente monitor

Very good screen, value for money
After a full day's use, I have to say this is a great monitor.I was looking for a 27" monitor, and chanced upon this one, available at 14.2k. There were a couple of other models available from other manufacturers, but this was the only one with an IPS display. I took a chance, despite not seeing any indian reviews. The monitor is really great value for money. The screen quality and colour are great. Only drawback is that it has only one HDMI, and no speakers. However, the display itself makes up for it. Viewing angles are great and the screen is adjustable vertically. So far so good.

Lg have the best sreens in my opinion.
I got several brands of screens and TVs, and always come bach to LG. This one is very good overall. Nothing to argue about image quality. Feels a little fragile when manipulated over an articulated arm. Like anything, you get for what you pay. But this model is 5 stars value for the money.
