So far loving this bad! Resistance seems good and the thickness of the band seems to help with slipping and twisting. Can’t say how well it will last as I’ve not had it long but it seems to be pretty durable and quality material. Great value for money :)

I ordered two of the extra heavy bands and am really impressed with the quality. The extra width means the bands are comfortable to use, and the thickness and quality is far superior to other bands I have tried. Due to the thickness and quality of the bands, I would recommend buying one grade down to what you are used to. I normally train with extra heavy but found the resistance with these bands much stronger. I will probably invest in a couple of heavy bands too and build up to these ones.

The best thing I ever did in my life (Other than starting working out, of course) was that I bought these resistance bands. They don't take up much space, they provide a lot of resistance and can be stretched quite a bit and the cost is actually pretty good. They don't slide down either, I will be purchasing the extra heavy version next !

Being extra wide means that these bands can be used both for upper body and leg workouts. As a Pro Body Coach I use bands with my clients daily. Sometimes with traditional mini bands they "roll" when doing some leg based exercises. Being extra wide means that you dont have these issues and you can use them as "booty bands" as well as for training your arms/chest/shoulders etc. I will be recommending these for my clients to buy.

Bought it for my boyfriend for his home gym, and so far he loves! Said it's really good quality and does the job.The product itself came really fast, and was packaged good. Really happy with this purchase

Good width and length, no rolling as of yet when being used. Will look to order another strength also, medium perfect for pilate leg exercises for the general population, maybe heavy for more resistance, endurance training.

Was hoping for a great resistance band, this one is okay. Looks very durable and will last a long time but continues to roll up during exercises which is extremely tedious. Will do for now

I got the extra light, yellow band to replace another I broke. This one was extremely easy, a little too easy compared to the other one I had previous BUT this company is the only one I could find on Amazon that sold the band INDIVIDUALLY. I love this. I don’t want to buy a 6 pack of bands that I can’t use 5 of right now. Please restock so I can purchase just one band!

The photo shows 6 (six) bands, and the description states the word "bands" . Unfortunately, I only received one band, and it's the one with the strongest tension. Sending it back... disappointed.

It’s one band with “medium” strength. You can use it for full body exercise. I found 2 work outs for this band on their website, the rest is for their other products but you can find plenty on YouTube that goes with this band.Wish we could pick the color & strength in the order too (then could be 5 stars). All in all, I like it and have it on my couch so play with it when watching TV :)

This product is great. These are well made and it doesn't roll-up. I would highly recommend this product! You will not be disappointed with these resistance bands. These are a bit more expensive than other resistance bands that I have purchased, but these are very high-quality bands.
