Product arrived as expected.
Ordered this packing to use in the 2:1 exhaust system of my Harley Street Glide. I needed 1/2" thickness to cover the steel packing material that remained after the orignal fiber packing broke down and blew out. Wraped the core, reinstalled and tested. Sound was decreased as I hoped. Felt like most any other ceramic fiber I've used in the past, I'll buy again when needed.
