I have a socket that will be hidden behind a wardrobe when the room is finished. This extension will allow me to bring that socket to the front. The only issue is that there is no switch on this extension. So a slight safety issue there. It is fused and so is the appliance so I regard the safety issue as slight. Finding a single extension with a switch is both difficult and costly. This is a good quality lead and fairly priced.

Easy, quick, reliable, good value. For months I needed to get my washing machine back under the counter. Unfortunately the wall plaster has blown where it has been damp and needed an extension plug to reach a different socket. Nothing too fancy and did not want to overload the power socket. I've had this plug estimating about 5 months now. This is exactly what I needed and has done the trick, i'm very happy, mission accomplished! Thankyou to the seller! Got this single extension lead specifically for use with a projector. Had no plug socket close to where we need to projector to go to be square on with the screen so took the plunge and got this 3m length extension.Well constructed and feels incredibly sturdy.3m was a little longer than we needed but it does mean we have been able to permanently clip the cable in place to where we need the plug socket and by leaving the plug end "loose" we can unplug it and coil it behind the couch when not in use whilst leaving the socket end in place on the shelf where it is needed.Both the plug and socket are well fitting and had no issues plugging into the socket or plugging the actual plug into the wall socket (plug is now starting to sound like a made up word!).Good value option that feels durable and well made.
