These are fab… really make a difference .. I had been ill and lost a lot of weight… but looks great again til I get weight back on. If you just wanted your bottom to look good but these.. double up.. put 2 pads in one pocket if you want to show off a booty…!! Great buy.. small fittings so buy a size up

The padding is basically a very thin piece of cardboard that adds zero definition or shape to your butt. My butt was exactly the same size and shape before & after - I couldn’t tell a difference at all. I tried it on with multiple clothes; skirts, dresses, shorts... no difference. Very disappointed. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m hoping this will help someone else. Save your money.

Item fits good, if ordering (I'd recommend not to though) I'd go bigger.Padding material is hard as a rock, I've had shaping pants before where the material is nice and spongey and can't actually notice you're wearing them, but with these, it's like you're wearing hard foam.
