I received them inflated, all had to do was remove the cotter pin, slide off the old tires, slide on the new tires reinstall the cotter pin and I was good to go.

These tires and tubes have the worst odor I have ever smelled on a rubber product. I have had them outside for over a week, soaked them in tide and citrus cleaner for a day and they still stink so bad I will not bring them inide not even in my garage. At least if I have to throw them in the trash I will not have lost much money. Another worthless product made in China. I would not have purchased if I knew how bad the stink. Next time I buy locally so I can check them out before I buy. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE STINK OUT FOR OVER A MONTH AND I DON'T THINK THEY WILL EVER BE USABLE. I WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO TRASH.

Wheels were priced right compared to ace and true value hardware. Installed on a cart that had one bad wheel, but replaced both just in case.

I lost money don't buy not worth the smell :(
