Poor quality. Do not buy.
Only item that has not fallen apart or broken on the first day was the net. But that is not as advertised also. The add shows no tie down supports. But it comes with 4. And its needs them to stay up. It's very small. The 4 rackets broke on the first day. The handles unwrapped and the nylon strings separated. I contacted the seller. And no response. For the price of this item. This is not worth it . Buy a better one. This is a piece of !!!! The shuttle clocks that come with it. Are overweight. And they get stuck in the rackets. Do not buy

Excellent customer service. Kids can set up independently.
I gave this to my son for his birthday. He loves badminton and uses it all the time. He can set it up by himself without help. One of the base pieces was broken (kids fighting, not from normal wear and tear) so I contacted customer service. They responded within 4 hours and sent me a link for replacement parts. Replacement parts are very cheap and free shipping on the US. We love this set and are happy with it.

Do NOT buy!
It lasted literally less than 1 hour.Easy to assemble, poles are made of hard plastic and they are supposed to bend, so of course they broke. The net was loose too, never tight. We were able to play one game and kids all ages had fun but it is now useless (see pictures). We waited for almost two weeks to get it for it to last a game?Spend your money elsewhere.

Good buy for ages 10+
The reason I’m giving this what I am is because of 2 reasons. I purchased this for a graduation party and we had young children to older adults enjoying it. The net was perfect and it was easy to put together. I put it together by myself in maybe 10 mins. Listed below is why I give it what I did.1.) The spikes need to be longer to prevent the wind from knocking it over. (I had to buy longer spikes)2.) When the younger kids (age 6-9) were playing with it. The wrap at the end of the handles started coming off.

Buy This For Short-Time Use
Whole set comes with 4 rackets, where strings of 2 of the rackets broke after 2nd time use by just a 10 yr old kid! Also, one of the edges of the plastic telescoping arms holding the net was getting bent after 3rd time use! Good concept but very poor quality.

HORRIBLE
This was awful to put together because it was manufactured so poorly. Plastic pieces didn’t all fit together properly. The tape on the handles of the rackets was also coming off on two of them due to poor manufacturing and quality control. Plastic warped in the sun after 24 hours so the net could no longer be tightened and the net was at an angle instead of straight across. I realize you get what you pay for, but I expected it to last more than a day. Too difficult to return for the price due to size and packaging. I essentially paid $35 to spend an hour on assembly and about another hour to play badminton. ITS IN THE TRADH NOW EHERE IT BELONGS. Very disappointed 😡😢

No lie, it's easy to set up-Great Customer Service
I bought this set in March so that mt daughter could pursue her new, but probably short lived, of badminton without spending a lot of money. The set was bigger than I imagined, which was a good thing, and very easy to set up. It was out of the box and we were playing badminton in minutes. We had a problem with the net after a few months and Robin in customer service took great care of us. I definitely recommend.

Perfect for killing horse flies
I don't play badminton so I don't care about the shuttlecock or how comfortable the racket is when playing with it for a long time. I use these things to whack the crap out of horseflies and carpenter bees. Fly swatters can't be swung fast/hard enough to kill a horse fly. There is hardly any air resistance with these rackets so that is not a problem. Swinging these and making contact with a hard surface (deck, grill, pool edge, etc) will dent and eventually break them, but if I can kill 3 or more with a racket before I destroy it....I'm happy.

Not worth buying. Three broken pieces.
Very disappointed. I read the positive reviews and looked forward to receiving this. We pulled the items out of the box and first noticed one of the rackets had a broken string. Also noticed the shuttlecocks are very low quality, but we figured we could look past those things. It wasn’t terribly expensive and would be fun anyway. We then started to put the pieces together (terrible instructions and plastic pieces that don’t easily click together). We managed to figure out the first couple of steps by common sense but then got to the pole set up and found both extending poles had broken pins so they couldn’t be put together. My daughter, desperate to make it work, thought about alternative options (playing with a shorter net, making makeshift pins out of something else) but nothing worked. This was one of the worst Amazon purchases we’ve made. Too bad, it’s a sunny day and we looked forward to using this! It’s going back (hopefully we can manage to disconnect the plastic pieces to get them back into the box!).

Get all the pieces out of the box first ☺
Easy to assemble, bit like large lego!

Piece of garbage
I would rate this with no stars if I could. I was seriously hoping that the other reviews were wrong, but they weren't. Box arrived damaged, rackets were warped when we took them out of the box and with not even 10 minutes of use the racket strings broke when my son hit return. I swung one in the air lightly and the handle snapped in half. Don't waste your money.

Not as advertised...
The advertising says that the system comes with four shuttles. Ours came with only two, one of them irreversibly damaged (see pictures). The tension on the rackets is very, very low. It should be 23 pounds or above. The highest racket tested was 18 pounds, the lowest 14... I want a refund.

Not bad.....not great - but not bad
The immediate concern with this product is that a couple of the clips that hold the tubing together were broken. This was not surprising since they are made of very flimsy, brittle plastic. I inserted a couple of bolts that I had in the garage in the respective holes so it was an easy fix for me but it would have been very frustrating if I did not have this as I would have needed to go to the hardware store to get something. I would have been very hesitant to ask for a replacement because I feel that this is a very common problem with this product. The price was decent so I decided to keep it and make the best of it.We have a fair number of windy ways where I live and I keep the net outside but lay it down on the ground because I am concerned that gusts of wind would cause too much strain on the rods and cause them to crack. The pegs for securing to the ground could be a bit longer but they are fine in completely windless conditions. The rackets were somewhat flimsy - but this was to be expected for the price of the item and the shuttle was dollar store quality.Overall I think it is a fine product for what we wanted and will provide us with some summer entertainment outside. I don't know how confident I am in this lasting more than a summer or two without requiring repairs.
