Great marinade!
We LOVE this sauce in our house. My husband uses it on chicken (along with other seasonings) for our weekly meal prep. It's not hot hot. It gives a little tingle on the back sides of the tongue. It makes an easy, great jerk chicken.

Great heat and interesting fruity flavor
First time I tried this delicious sauce. Its a bit hot but also a bit fruity. What a cool combination. Scotch Bonnet i tried on many different foods and the flavor it added was delicious. Instead of "duck" sauce I recommend this on an eggroll.

Arrived broken
The three bottles arrived bubble-wrapped (but not individually bubble-wrapped) and then double-boxed. Still one of the three bottles was broken and the inside of the box was a spicy mess. After seeing all the other reports of broken bottles, I'm deducting a star for the fragile glass bottle. The sauce tastes great and I will probably buy again.

Great hot sauce
My friend requests this each year .she loves the heat and spice of the scotch bonnet peppers. It is hard to find on my cruises so I order it here.

Issue with packaging. Box was fine. Appears not enough bubble wrap used to protect product.
Product itself is delicious. Packaging was ineffective. One of the 3 bottles arrived crushed.
