The media could not be loaded. Had some sort of burn mark that melted this jacket. Didn't realise until after I'd bought it!I washed the jacket in the machine about 10 days before hand, however I read somewhere that it should be clean but not mashing washed. Don't know why - doesn't seem to have mattered.Bought various colours, but in the end decided to hide the patch instead of making it stand out by using a contrasting colour.Cut the patch into an oval, thinking the corners would probably be a weak point and, if the patch was ever going to lift, that's where it would start.I put one on each side symmetrically, so it would look less like a patch and more part of the original design. I used a cricut cutting machine to get them even and identical. (Put the patch face down on the cutting mat, as the shiny side will slide around when cutting.)The backing peeled off easily and couldn't have been simpler to apply. It seems to have stuck well. I used my hands to rub over the patches quickly and repeatedly for a few seconds afterwards, thinking that heating the adhesive may may it stick better & improve longevity - can't imagine it's done any harm.I don't think anyone would really notice the patches unless looking hard.I'd highly recommend this product - if it fails the wash test later down the line, I will update this review. However, it's not a jacket I will use often, so that may not be for a long time.

Overall these work great and stick well. Ive used on three different places and the one that needed extra was on a jacket pocket near the zip. The movement unstuck on the first attempt but is not too bad on the second attempt. So for the price and range of colours you can’t complain.

I bought these to fix a burn hole in a jacket. So far the patch has remained in place. This product just does what you would expect... Patches that glue to fabric. We will have to see how long the patch remains in place and if it withstands the washing machine.
