These are a must for over sixty dog walkers in New England
I gave an overall rating of 4 because they do not always stay on my boots. I am a woman size 7. I got the medium, which I also got for my husband. My husband is men's size 8.5. The cleats stay on his hiking boots nicely. I think this product runs a little large for the sizing chart. I should have gotten size small and would have been writing a five star review. In any case they are very effective for driveway and sidewalks that thaw and freeze. I walk in the woods a lot, they tend to slip off when doing the ice, mud, sand thing. Good news is they are easy to spot in the snow when they do fall off. The great news is that driveway and sidewalk walking they give me a great deal of confidence, I am not always bracing for a fall. This is a good product and an essential for my winter walking.

Necessary for Pennsylvania Winters
This simple affordable product is a life saver. Quickly and easily attaches to any shoe (except Crocs) boot or sneaker. They make walking on an icy driveway or sidewalk so must safer. You can walk with confidence because you feel the small spikes gripping the ice and creating stability with each step. After the first use to get into my office after an icy commute, two of the doctors I work for wanted to know what was on my sneakers. I showed them. After inspecting the grippers they both ordered a set immediately.A small yet might product.

They work, mostly
These work but they're certainly not the best. I know that size matters because I accidentally bought a pair two small and they kept shooting off like rubber bands. I bought my size according to chart and they stay on, but constantly turn sideways. I've had a pair for 20 years that stay exactly in place, yes I'm spoiled. I would have gone up to a large ( larger size than it says I need) to see if that would have solved the problem but they were sold out. I have bought another product in larger size and hopefully they will solve the problem. If the studs slide to the side they are of no use so I suggest ordering the next size up from recommended size.

Must have!
I keep a pair on my purse, and in car during the winter months, you never know whe an ice storm will hit. Keeps me from falling.I have given as gifts, delivery people, sure appreciate them.I'm surprised that FedX,UPS and USPS doesn't supply them to drivers.During heavy ice I keep a pair on a set of shoes and change shoes when entering buildings.Outside use only, might damage some flooring types.Shouldn't wear on

I walk down my steep icy driveway with these on
Thick rubber that fits over my trail boots, and good spikes with replacements in case one is worn or lost. Great Price. These are my new favorites. I live in the mountains and wear these 4 months out of the year. I CAN WALK DOWN MY STEEP ICY DRIVEWAY WITH THESE ON. I don't go outside in the winter without these on. I slipped and fell one time and that's all it took.
