SHOKUNIN USA - Been a member of Ebay since 2014 and has many positive reviews on the black razor. The gold is supposed to be 24 caret gold over 303 stainless steel and the blades were made in Egypt. SHOKUNIN USA is part of NSX I think. I don't know if the razor is made in Asia or not but works good as any $100.00 razor and replacement blades are cheaper than cartridges.
