Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Spurs Pads (4 Pairs) Arch Support Gel Inserts, Pain Relief Cushions for Women & Men

An active lifestyle filled with strength training, zumba, hiking, and running was coming to a pitstop. My plantar fascitis was making its presence known. The pain was becoming sharp, piercing, and throbbing. I really didnt feel like going to the doctor, so I settled for my own preventative measures. I was icing, massaging, and stretching my feet, calves, and hammies. The goal for me was to have a product that gave my feet enough compression to possibly lessen the heel pain. I was skeptical of this product, but now, I'm a believer. I ran/walked 2 miles wearing this product with no heel pain after the run. What a wonderful experience!! These heel spurs mold to your feet, while staying hidden. I wear the heel spur pads over my compression socks, then use regular socks. The pain in my heel has decreased dramatically. These heel spurs pads are washable and reusable.

I am really glad I got these pads. The box includes 4 pairs, which provide diversity for different types of activity.They are really easy to put on and they help me a ton to relieve the pain in my heels. I use them pretty much all the time and the difference is huge. Highly recommend to everyone with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis like myself.

Idea of this product is so good and works pretty well. only reason I gave 3 star is that silicon is sliipery and stick to skin, which eventually fungus to grow. So I had to wear very thin cotton socks underneath this pad, then wear socks on top of it because this pad stuck to shoes too. 2 pair of socks! not for summer for sure.

These are the greatest little pads. I wasn't sure they would do much good, but they have really helped. My spur is on the back of my heel, so I need something on the backside for support. These are great. They have helped tremendously.

Didn't really find these as helpful for my heel spur as a compression sleeve. These seemed slip around a bit too much for me. I will say though, they have cured my dry heels this winter, leave them on for a day and my heels are baby soft!

I had been in pain for awhile when I bought theses. Helped my foot tremendously when I had to do a lot of standing. So glad I purchased these.

Its an ok product. I was hoping it would be a bit tighter but it slides to much when wearing socks and its very uncomfortable to wear shoes with them. Just not a fan. They might be good for other people but not for me :(

Great comfort after putting these on for heel pain relief and helping smooth a scar. Would definitely purchase again and the price can't be beat.

IL prodotto, confezionato correttamente e con istruzioni semplici ma comprensibili (anche in italiano), mi ha aiutato a camminare con meno dolore durante il giorno. QUINDI aiuta a ammortizzare il piede quando scende a terra e specie la versione traforata (più spessa) dà sostegno e protezione. Il materiale con cui il prodotto è silicone, molto morbido e elastico ; non è certo colpa del prodotto se dopo qualche ora il piede suda nelle parti coperte dalla guaina. Il prodotto quindi aiuta davvero (nel mio caso di sicuro) nell'uso quotidiano, anche se il problema va risolto n maiera seria affidardonsi a cure mediche
