I've bought posture correctors in the past which have not been the quality of this one. It is very easy to put on and to tighten; made of good quality materials and there are instructions in the pack on how to use it. I can recommend this posture corrector because within a few days of wearing it on and off for a couple of hours at a time, I've definitely felt an improvement in how I stand and walk. It is doing a good job in straightening me hunched shoulders and no one has commented on it when I've worn it outside. It feels very comfortable and slips off easily from the arms because it is stretchy. The back is nice and firm and doesn't make me feel hot. This one is also a good size fit for me, so my advice would be to get a larger size up than you need.

I ordered this for my partner as he spends a lot of time driving which has resulted in him developing a lot of pain in his back and a poor posture, he has tried pain relief, stretches and yoga which has offered very little temporary relief so I decided to buy him one of these to try and correct his posture and see if that relieves the pain. He's used this product for a few weeks now and although the pain isn't fully gone, it has significantly improved so hopefully with consistent long term use, it will help with the pain. I will say that it does hurt to wear the first few times but then your body naturally adjusts to it as your posture begins to change. The only thing I would change is the straps that go underneath your arms as they do dig in to your armpits a bit and rub whilst wearing which makes your skin a bit sore, perhaps more padding is needed but otherwise this is a good start for a low price.

Good but really hurts arms

I purchased this as the fitting resembles a back support the hospital gave me when I broke my spine. If you have middle/upper back problems then this will give more support than the lower back things on the market. Does what it says on the tin but it’s more than just a posture corrector for me! It’s also very cheap. Digs in at first but that just means it’s working! I’m literally an inch taller again when I wear this! 5* recommendation

Wasn’t impressed

Unfortunately I ordered XL size which I found too large so reordered SizeL.This now fits well and does the job.

So the description states it supports lower back yet on me (6'4" with a 44" chest) it doesn't fit at all, the "belt" is up under my chest and the bits that go around the armpit are extremely uncomfortable! I don't feel it straightening my upper back or pulling my shoulders back as it states it does and as for my lower back well that isn't even close to being supported with how short this is on me! I guess if you're vertically challenged and have a narrow chest it probably would work but for me it doesn't work!I guess I'll have to buy another more expensive one and give this to someone who it will actually fit.

This was a much better product than a similar more expensive item bought prior to. It does the job as described at a very inexpensive price. Comfortable and effective.
