They were easy to install, functionally haven’t used them long enough!

I used these to replace the original shocks on my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 / Cummins truck, which is used for everything from commuting to off-road ranch duty and towing equipment.I'm not a professional mechanic, but installation is pretty easy if you are at all mechanically inclined -- I did all four corners in about three hours, including interruptions from the family and all that. (Rears are super-easy on these trucks -- once you have done one, the other shouldn't take you more than ten or fifteen minutes. The fronts take a bit longer just because there's a bunch of stuff in your way. It's your choice whether to work around it or remove it and put it back after installing the damper. I "worked around" on the passenger side, but opted to remove the wheel well liner on the driver side just to have easier access to the shock tower without messing with the brake plumbing and so forth trying to work from the top.)The truck rides like new again. We'll see how long these last, but my initial impression is that I am very satisfied.

These shocks are a lot better than the OEM shocks.Really smoothed out my ride.

07.5 Dodge Ram mega cab 2500 6.7 diesel. After buying truck used I have spent countless hours and money chasing my suspension troubles. Changed out all off the front end suspension parts with upgraded parts. Replaced shocks and installed helper air bags for heavy loads. Even replaced bushings on leaf springs. After all that work still had this jaw breaking bounce to it. It got so bad my wife didn’t want to ride in my truck anymore. We have been forced to take a little two door sedan to run around together. The smallest off cracks would send you and any passengers straight into the roof. Had a few shops look at it with the suggestion of replacing suspension with a high dollar kit from someone. Took a chance on replacing the new shocks I received with lift kit from rough country with these bilsteins. I’m literally blown away. Absolutely took care of my troubles. Feels like a real truck. I can’t explain the how frustrated I had become and to finally have the fix. Thank you Bilstein.

Easy install, old shocks where shot the new bilstein 5100 shocks are great way stiffer then stock but made the truck ride like new again
