The media could not be loaded.  I used this the first time to roll out dough for calzones. So easy! The back is clingy so it doesn’t slip or slide. Cleaning it is a breeze. A quick wipe with warm water and a soapy cloth and a quick rinse and it’s ready to use again. Storing it is very easy. It rolls right up and doesn’t lose shape. This is the best mat I’ve ever used.

Good purchase

This mat is a good size, easy to clean, can be rolled up for storage but lies flat. It sticks to the countertop so it doesn't slide around when in use. Has clear measurements printed on it. Definitely worth the price.

It's great to work on with the measurements. You can easily wipe it clean or wash it. I also transferred a heated pan directly from the oven on it and it didn't melt.I'd definitely recommend this product.

Even with the length (I got the 16 inch), this rolling pin is very easy to roll pastry dough with. I've made several handmade pastas and breads in the few days I've had it and so long as you use plenty of flour of course, it rolls perfectly and flattens doughs quite easily. It's easy to clean, and any remaining dough stuck on comes off easily with a gentle scrub. I love this one and am hoping for longevity, but from the medium weight and quality of the wood, I'm thinking it will last a good while!

Gd quality kneading May for my bread dough. Didn’t move while i’m kneading and it’s easy to clean up after use. :)
