This was a good purchase and recommendable.

First off, I LOVE my purple Acer Aspire laptop case! It snaps on beautifully, with an impeccable fit that just feels so much more secure than any others I've ever tried... but others were more universal, these cases are literally made for the exact computers they say they're compatible with, which is quite obvious in the fit once you snap it on.Next, there are two little riser feet on the back two corners in which I wasn't aware it came with when ordering, but they were a great added surprise because I literally cannot live without them now! So, when one of them got snapped off, I almost cried... (im actually serious lol)... but I pulled it together and figured I should probably email the company first just in case maybe they had a site or somewhere that I could buy the spare feet from?And this is my third point, this company and/ or their customer service is beyond phenomenal!! There were no annoying questions or having to go back and forth with emails, they were friendly but straight to the point and without any hesitation whatsoever, they went above and beyond in sending me the feet plus some, which I was absolutely in awe over, I mean jaw dropped open, in awe... and all this amazing assistance without even charging me anything extra. I know I sound like a fake review or like I was incentivized somehow to write the greatest things I could think up, but I promise that is NOT the case, these guys are just THAT great that it sounds unreal. But they are actually legit SOLID customer service with a SOLID product that I couldn't be happier with... obviously lol. Annnd clearly, I'm sure we all can tell, I will be a customer for life :)
