100% recomendado.

Works perfectly with Igrill mini
I bought this to replace the probe on my Igrill mini and it's awesome. We used it to cook an early Thanksgiving turkey and it performed admirably and worked perfectly with my Igrill. The response time is definitely faster and I'm hoping the durability will also be better as my other probe crapped out after less than 10 uses. One thing I suggest... if you are replacing a probe that had a silicone grip on it like the stock Igrill probe, keep the grip! I use it as a cushion between the lid and body of my smoker/grill to keep the wire from getting pinched. Just slide the grill over the probe and down the wire. Hopefully this will extend its life as I think that's what killed my other probe.

Bought about 8 of these
Probes like this last a very short time, no matter what brand, the genuine Weber ones last half as long as these though so it’s worth it to pay a bit extra.

Great probes!
UPDATE (Sept 2019): Just noticed of the two of these I bought, one of them is starting to jump up and down while cooking. It's been used many dozens of times, and has spent many hours in my smoker. Time for a replacement. I didn't expect these to last so long.Original review (Dec 2016): While I have not yet used these to cook with, I pulled them out of the box and tested them (2) right away. I started by hanging them in an empty cup, connected to 2 iGrill minis, along with another iGrill mini with its default probe (brand new one). I then poured boiling water in the cup and watched the temperatures rise. The iGrill probe took nearly 15 seconds to reach the actual temperature (~200 degrees), whereas these reached the temperature in about 3 seconds. Within 20 seconds, they were all at equal temperatures. I watched the graph of the temperature drops and monitored the temperature as they dropped. All of them were within 1 degree of each other, and dropped at the same rate. I'd say these are great probes.

Hit or Miss
I've bought three of these probes. They can be far superior to the original probes, however they are prone to failure. Of the three I bought one has failed for no apparent reason.
