TCL are the best in sound of any of the True Wireless I've tried.I bought my first iPhone recently and struggled to find the right in ear wireless. After many, many different wireless buds I took a chance on TCL from a sound review and I'm very glad I did.Sound being very subjective I'll introduce a little of my music prowess.I love all types of music so it's hard for me to get the right balance in earphones. That said I usually turn to Rock and Metal at the end of the day.I enjoy Cassic Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Blues, Folk, and Indie the most. I do listen to Pop, Country, and even some Funk and Rap.For comparison to my headphone tastes.I like very much the Hifiman wired in ear RE400, RE600, and enjoy very much the HE400i open back over ear.Philips Fidelo (almost all.),Samsung Level Over ear.Many other mid to semi expensive headsets to include Vmoda, JBL, and even Sennheiser (although never found any Sennheiser under 300.00 I really like).Price is not factored into my arrangement below. If price was factored the Airpod Pro would come in last.This list order is based on the balance of sound, controls and features, and comfort; sound being #1 and controls being #2 with noise canceling and ambient ability falling #3.1.) TCL MoveAudio S6002. 99.00.Best sound.Best controls.Most comfortable.No foam earbud required. I actually prefer without foam for a more airy nature.Get very loud if desired.Very good noise canceling. Without foam earbuds still keeps up very well with Ipods.2.) Mifo O5 PLUS Gen 2 [2021] Smart True Wireless. 89.002nd best sound,Good comfort,Foam earbud required for optimum sound,Funky controls,Tuned with deeper base and more emphasis on metal instruments, but not as clear vocals as TCL, little more sparkly highs but highs not as extended as TCL.Do not get extremely loud although ample volume,Very warm and pleasing sound due to very slightly recessed Mids.3.) Apple Airpod Pro.3rd best sound.Awesome Bluetooth distance.Obviously great SIRI functionality.Get very loud.Not enough earphone controls.Foam earbud required for best sound.Good balance of sound but lack clarity of the music for my taste.These have great punch but fall short in the sound from the two top contenders.4.) SoundPEATS H1 Hybrid Dual Driver. 79.00.Just good all the way around.Good controls.Good distance.Good sound.No Active Noise Canceling.Nothing that stands out with sound characteristics.The TCL are a very, very, balanced sound. I enjoy the punch of the bass that is in part due to the balanced midrange.The problem with most earbuds is the overemphasis on very low bass and the V-shaped nature of them. Generally, the V is enough to take away much punch from bass and a clean vocal. This is not the case with TCL.These have great bass punch and dig deep with music that has great focus on deep bass. These keep a clear and audible midrange where most earbuds lack severely.Highs are clean and nonabrasive.NOTE: I can't say these have a perfect response curve, what I can say is if it's a "custom" sound curve the engineers went to great lengths to get this sound -- or got extremely lucky :)Another shining attribute of these TCL is the control app.The app allows custom control of where you want the controls (what earpiece, etc.)For example, I have the right earbud for volume controls and left earbud to take calls, pause, and noise canceling.To me the controls are not too finicky or too resistive. Just right pressure for tapping, etc.Bluetooth distance is great, these work very well with both SIRI and google.

First I have limited time with these, as they are a Christmas gift but I wanted to compare them to my airpods so I tested them for about an hour and I was impressed. My primary reason for using airpods is comfort and these were on par and the double tap to pause which is all I generally use worked fine but may require a bit more force to trigger. I cant speak much to audio quality as I generally listen to audiobooks or podcasts but they sounded fine. So again having only used these for a short period so take it for what's its worth but if your looking for a cheaper airpod alternative I think its worth a shot.

I purchased this product in June 2022 not even a year later, now May and one earbud not working. I tried there trouble shooting and no help. I think that a product that cost $99 should last a lot longer. Won't buy again.

The TCL S150 True Wireless Earbuds outdid my expectation. These headphones are quite an excellent fit, maybe even on par with Airpods. However, in the sound department, the bass on these aren't overwhelming but very clear. The battery life lasts not quite what was said, but still last, a decent bit of around 5-6 hours. The only downside I've seen is not seeing when the Earbuds are going to die.In conclusion, I would say these are the best options if you are looking for an alternative to Airpods.

Great for working around areas where a lot of movement is necessary and no wires to pull out!
