Tastes and smells disgusting. And after heavily shaking and mixing for one minute there were still chunks. I thought there was a plastic agitator.

I live out of a suitcase working on cruise ships and rotating every couple weeks. Getting a bottle washed is very inconvenient, carrying the single serve bottles on is cumbersome because of the weight and volume. These are great for my situation, I spent a lot of time looking into what solution works for me, and these are it. Worth the cost if it's what you need. Good taste, that said a protein shake is a protein shake to me.

Smells like ass too

As other reviews detail the flavor is excellent, the mixing to a smooth consistency to drink is difficult. It takes a lot of effort to get the powder to blend and not be full of unmixed dry spots. That said, I'm a repeat buyer.

Portable

Nasty tasting and doesn't mix well

Pretty good tasting for a protein powder drink. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is that even after shaking required amount of time it's still a bit lumpy.

It is cheaper just to keep a bottle with protein powder in it and add water when you need it. This was a complete waste of money.
