I've read for years about the benefits of taking turmeric for health benefits (immunity, inflammation, joint health, etc.). However, every time I read a review for a capsule or pill form of turmeric, the complaints about stomach issues were always prevalent so I never took them due to my history of GERD.I found these and love this brand's Super Beets chews for blood pressure and heart health and it is a brand that I trust.
