Yes they do have a smell but I’ve not noticed any after taste. I think they’ve helped with my tiredness - I will continue to buy these and I like that they are made by NHS drs and use reduced packaging !

Nice sized capsules, easy to swallow with no nasty after taste. I take them right before bed, and there is no digestive discomfort or nausea which is great!Have noticed my nails are stronger and am experiencing less breakage since taking them, and the rest of my body is beginning to feel more regulated.

Not sure what it is but these stink. I would belch afterwards, and would struggle to take these due to the smell. Not for me I'm afraid

I'm quite sensitive to smells and taste and these vitamins aren't great on that side. I also have issues swallowing pills and capsules in general, and these ones are too big for me, so I open them up in orange, apple and carrot juice.I tried multiple things to cover up the really bad taste, and that juice was the only one that was somewhat tolerable.In terms of efficacy, I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I can see some improvements in my aches and energy levels

These are amazing on my second packet , I stupidly stopped taking for a week wow did I notice the difference , aches & pains were back tiredness .Been back on them a week more energy aches & pains not too bad . Highly recommend
