Nice little on/off switch. I ran a multi-plug extension cord from the wall outlet in the lanai to the TV. Plugged the TV into one outlet. Plugged in this switch between another outlet and the extension cord leading to the light string. That way I can turn the lights on and off using the switch. Works great!

These switches work as described. I used one in my daughters garage, and another for an outside (but covered by an eve) holiday lighting display. They work fine.

The bindmaster is extremely handy when you have a built in light fixture above the stove top break. We installed an LED Lightbar to cook by, and with Bindmaster, I don’t have to struggle to plug the lightbar in, just flip a switch. Instant On Lighting😍

I use this economical power adaptor to turn off power to a heating pad power cord as a secondary on/off switch to the heating pad's own on/off switch. This power adaptor is polarized and grounded, making it safer than a non-polarized, non-grounded power adaptor.

The quality item you see in the pictures with solid connection pins is not the item you will receive, if you look at other reviews with pictures of melted and burned out units you will see they all have cheap pressed plate connector pins and a hollow thin metal ground connector, not the solid metal ones in the item shown in the picture, as near as I can tell the solid pin model seems to have been replaced with a cheaper thin metal pin version around 2018, I ordered the decent solid pin one shown in the pictures and description (dec 2020), but sadly I received a cheap thin plate fire hazard version, amazon have refunded me, but people should be aware the thin plate version is light duty at best and many even fail at that due to bad manufacturing processes, take my advice (and those who have lived to tell the tale) and avoid this product. Personally I will never buy anything Bindmaster ever again, clearly they are not honourable.

Tiene 2 problemas: el primero es que por su tamaño, no se pueden usar 2 piezas en un contacto doble; el segundo, es que le falta el contacto de tierra, y esto limita mucho los aparatos que se pueden conectar a éste adaptador.

What I really needed was a set of non-grounding, 2-prong adapters, which I haven't had much luck in finding. Perhaps foolishly, I based myself on the image posted for this item believing that's what I would get, but it ended up being the grounded, 3-prong version. Nowhere in the item description did it say that the switches were 3-prong, or if it did, it certainly wasn't obvious because I never found it. The image was all I had to go by, and the product was not as advertised. This is very disappointing.I can find a use for the 3-prong switches anyway so I decided to keep them, but it still doesn't fulfill the need I have for a set of 2-prong switches. I'll just have to keep looking I guess.Be careful when choosing this item, and know that what you'll be getting may not be what is shown. Another reviewer mentioned this as well, but said there was an option to choose 2- or 3-pronged; I never did find such an option.Otherwise it's a perfectly good product, just not as advertised. I'm disappointed.
