This is an excellent unit. It is efficient, and easy to use.
The unit is easy to move, easy to use, and quickly got the RH in the room to 50%. It easily maintains it and the built-in pump is so quiet. There is essentially no compressor noise, only fan noise (about 50 dBA) which can be lessened with 6" flexible ductwork attached to the unit with the provided flange. The unit comes with everything needed to use either the gravity drain or pump. Highly recommend.

Great purchase
Easy to install and easy to use. Works better then our original unit supplied by a company that shall go unnamed.

re-reviewed
Removed my old review - having to do some tinkering and needle in the haystack hunting, i was able to get this 65x up and running in my test in the house i dropped 66% humidity down to 55% in less than hour. the noise is less than a server at work lol.under the house i used some 3in and 5in stackable legs to get up 8inches of the crawlspace barrier,) ok some crappy plastic) i ran the drain tube outside and plugged it in. instruction say to no use an extention cord, well i had too a 6ft long heavy duty on to make to a GFI socket- uses thicker gauge wire than the unit it self.when it cam on is the humidity it detected was 85% - in 20 mintues it was down to 79 and dropping, i spent some time re-taping my duct work and hour later it was bouncing 69 - 70. (the crawl space door was open) but i was gathering things up wet insulation and other trash to through out it jumped to 77% - what the heck, then the thunder and rain hit. i will not go though all that was posted before - but the seller offered me a bigger more expensive unit, yeah i could have used it but i needed something right away - but the little read box that could and the customer service (thank you Cyndi) get 5 starts.

Works great for our needs
We decided to purchase a dehumidifier for the crawl space in one of our rental houses. We have had moisture issues. The house is about 100 years old and in the southern humidity so it was moister than an oyster down there. Had this machine running for a few days and it seems to be working well. I think It will be even better when I seal up the crawl space better but I am impressed so far.

Pump stopped working
After finally getting someone's attention they sent out a replacement and the new one works great.

Didn’t work for my 800 square foot crawlspace
Can’t get the humidity below 57. Also the unit leaks even though it is level. There is no a giant puddle of water beneath there unit. Just save yourself the grief and buy a more expensive and trustworthy brand.

Great Dehumidifier
This product is as advertised. Perfect for my crawl space. We had lots of moisture & humidity in our crawl space due to previous owners neglect of drainage from water seeping in & no sump pump installed. The dirt floor covering (plastic) that they laid down was very inadequate. We had a sump pump installed & put the new 10ml floor covering down prior to installing the dehumidifier. I turned on the dehumidifier, (set the humidity to 55%) & our humidity was reading 78-80%! It ran for 3 days straight until it hit the desired level & has been been operating like a charm ever since. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need!
