Missing hardware
The product I received was missing all screws and instructions to put it together. Then wood itself look cheaply made and painted. I was unable to contact seller directly but returned and received a refund from Amazon

What I expected
This cage is going to work perfect for our baby tortoise but putting it together was a little rough since the pieces did not fit perfect and getting the lid to line up took some time.

Not worth the money!
The product is cheaply made. Very disappointed in the gift that was bought for my daughter for her tortoise for Christmas.

Single cheapest quality product I’ve ever purchased
This product came with scratches, cracks, and uneven pieces. I told the seller and was basically told it was “made that way” and the quality was fine. They offered me a 5$ refund. Kinda insulting when it comes to pet safety. The directions are basically non existent and no holes line up when you do attempt to put it together. I’m throwing it in the trash. I don’t want anyone else to buy it as a “like new” product and have it harm the animals

This product comes damaged and missing hardware.
Missing entire bottom piece. Damaged wood. Missing hardware. And late delivery. Extremely disappointed.

Piece of JUNK!
Very poorly made. I wouldn't have paid one-third the price for this product. Instructions are extremely vague. I had to go back to the online picture to see how it looks when it's together.
