Excellent Oven
I've used this for French fries and a cake so far. It works great. Heat-up is very quick and clean-up is easy. If you're looking for a small oven/air fryer, this is a great product.

Awesome air fryer
I checked reviews on air fryers for over a month. Looking at percentages of positive ratings and reading both positive and negative comments. What I found was all of them had differing opinions. We love this air fryer. The ability to bake with a convection oven, air fry, broil, toast, and warm has been great. It does leak some moisture from the front doors but that is expected considering the design. I haven't used my normal oven since we bought this air fryer. We've cooked hellofresh meals, Frozen meals, and made from scratch meals. You can't beat the size of this air fryer and the quantity of food that you can prepare in it. My fiance and I we're able to cook four servings of vegetables and chicken all at once. So those looking for a good size air fryer should try this one out.

Awesome product
The media could not be loaded. Menus are easy to navigate and use, not having to use so much oil to cook with and it's nice to be able to eliminate alot of appliances that are just collecting dust I love it ❤️❤️❤️

After one false start, a pretty good unit
When I received the air fryer, I unpacked it, washed everything, and did the initial 20 minute burn-in called for in the manual. I put it through a few cycles, frying frozen fries, chicken nuggets, and mozzarella sticks. Relatively short cycles, nothing out of the ordinary, and everything was coming out great. On the last cycle I put it through, when the timer hit zero, instead of beeping and keeping the display lit showing "OFF OFF" while the fan kept running like it had done previously, everything just kind of flickered and it shut off completely. When I opened it to take my food out, the light came on dimly. It never worked again after less than 2 hours of casual use. After shutting off that last time, I unplugged it hoping something would cool down and/or reset, but all it would do was chirp and flash the display and the buttons did nothing.I contacted Amazon through the "Get Product Support" button and they got a replacement on the way and set me up with a shipping label to send the broken one back (thank you Amazon!).Going into round 2, I've been putting this thing through the paces. I've done fries and mozzarella sticks, reheated pizza, proofed dough and baked a loaf of bread. Everything worked great, so I tackled a rotisserie chicken, and it came out good as well. It would appear that the first fryer was just a lemon and the second seems to be working as intended.Previously I'd had an off-brand air fryer that I was really pretty happy with. It worked great but had a few flaws and I wanted something a little bigger so I ordered this one. Bigger it is, but not without its own flaws, the biggest being these goofy French doors. They are linked to one another so they open and close together. They're just awkward, it's easy to bump them when trying to put stuff in, and it doesn't take much at all to make them slam shut on their own. They look nice, but they're not very practical, and they DO leave a gap between them - a silicone seal would be reassuring, but I don't think the gap really causes a problem. The fryer looks great with all the stainless, but it IS very large. It's very easy to use and works well. There are a LOT of things included that you have to find somewhere to put, but it gives you a lot of cooking options. The manual and the included cookbook are ok, but they kind of leave some things open to interpretation, especially in regard to rotisserie chicken! This turned into quite a project for me and it was one problem after another. The spit actually goes in and out of position in the fryer pretty easily. There are notches in the spit for the rotisserie handle - these make for headaches trying to get the forks slid on. The spit has to pass through two pieces of metal on the forks and both get hung up on the notches. If you're cooking a small bird, at least you can get the forks on the spit before they have to puncture the meat, but I was cooking a pretty good-sized chicken so I was trying to center the chicken, push in the forks, and fight with the notches hanging up on the forks all at once. After finally getting all of this together, I had to find ways to get the chicken tied up so it wouldn't flop all over the fryer - the cookbook and manual don't mention this at all. I had trussed the chicken, to keep the legs under control, but I ended up having to take it back out of the fryer to tie up the wings as well, as they were rubbing on the pan underneath and I feared that would be a problem. I wasn't confident that the crumb tray would hold all the drippings, but I think it would have been ok. I had the drip pan in the lowest position covering the heating elements. In the end, the chicken cooked up well with the preset program (although I did pop a breaker a few minutes from the end - this fryer pulls a lot of power and needs a dedicated circuit!). It made a splattered greasy mess of the inside of the fryer, but it cleaned up pretty easily on the sides and doors. There's not much you can do for the exposed heating element on top though. The rotisserie forks are about the weakest spot in the whole works, they are pretty flimsy and washing them in the dishwasher makes them rust. The thumbscrews appear to be stainless steel, but rust appears in a few spots when the forks get wet. It was cool to do a rotisserie chicken at home, but I'm not sure I'd put myself through it again. Maybe, but not very soon.Overall, this is a pretty nice versatile unit, and big enough you can really cook a lot of stuff in it. I'm sure I will use it a lot on my covered patio next summer to keep from heating up the house. The French doors are definitely awkward, but when they slam closed occasionally, they are pretty well protected from breaking, it's just frustrating. It would be nice if the spring tension that closes them eases up a little over time, but I don't expect it to.

Disappointed
I like the style of this air fryer but it died on me. I had it for maybe less then a week and it died. Then sent me a replacement and that one did not last 2 days. I used a completely different outlet and it died on me again. If this Air fryer did not die on me it would have had a way better review. For the time it did work it did everything great at least the first one that I was able to use longer.I ended up getting a refund since both products did not work longer then a week. It's a nice style and concept but that means nothing if it does not work for a long period of time.

Easy and convenient to use
I am adjusting to using this as both an oven and an airfryer. Getting the hang of adjusting the time and temperature appropriate to what I am cooking. But love how efficient it is and how it blends in nicely on my new kitchen.

Start has leaking problem after use 4 month, even I cleaned everything after use it.
Very hard to clean inside. Reached out to CS because of leaking smoke and oil water mix, they tell me to clean the tray, and leaking problem is not covered by warranty. Beware to avoid this brand!

Best Buy Yet
Nice big air fryer - still new so haven't tried it all, but if it works like the air fryer portion does - IT WILL BE AWESOME

Bonjour,J'ai bien ce produit sauf que pour les marchés francophones comme le Québec, il n'y a aucun textes en français ni instruction et pour les recettes, le livre est entièrement en anglais. Serait-il possible d'obtenir des informations en français SVP

Just Died
My air fryer just died about six months to the day. I was afraid this would happen based on a review that I read. If you buy this air fry, just be prepared to spend money to by a different one. In other words don't buy it unless you have money to waste.
