These are so much better than the chewables! I will almost always take two so I do wish the dosage was more by default, but still the form factor is far superior.

I Take 3 and enjoy. It's helpfull for total and good digest. I like all related to milk! With Lactaid no more pain or panic with milk and othes.

Lactaid does what it say it will do--allow milk intollerant people to enjoy millk This product so far has worked very well for me.

I have used this product for several years. It is easy to transport the tablets in my pill packet and the size is that which I require.

Love the Lactaid Ultra Single Packs but wish this Lactaid Product did NOT contain Mannitol. It is so convenient having this bottle but the Mannitol can cause more gas, bloating and discomfort than the Lactose Intolerance. These are not chewable so there is no reason that the Mannitol should be added?

Since I'm not certain that i'm lactose intolerant, i'm not convinced that these help me digest lactose - but sometimes when i take them, they seem to help. Regardless, they are by far the best-value purchase-option i've found. They come promptly and the caplets hold up fine, even in a pill baggie in my pocket.
