It was sponger than I expected, but still a good product.
The shoulder rest sit comfortably and if you have arthritis, minimalizes hand held usage.I liked that it adds a bit of weight to the handset. The handset itself is light-weight and tends to slips off if not placed correctly when you hang up the phone. The shoulder rest helps the handset sit more securely on the phone.
