Too fragile, be extremely careful
We had a mixed experience as the mobile looks and works as advertised but in less than 2 days the device got hit very lightly (a 10 centimeter drop) in the lower right corner of the metallic case, so light that it didn't leave any scratch on it. But it completely stopped working the screen which doesn't display nothing our work at all. It seems though as if the system is running as all the alarms keep ringing at the right time. And since it's new we can't find anyone to repair the screen (which is completely unscratched physically). Apparently we are not the first to experience this fragility. We have had other devices such as Samsung that got hit multiple times, screens that where shattered, etc, but they still continue to operate and display. First time that I see something so fragile.

Blackout and Dead Screen (in 10 months of Purchase)
Not recommended at all.70% of the people had a dead screen effect within 10 months of purchase.I was a huge fan of Google Pixel versions. I bought a Google Pixel 5a in Dec 2021 and in Oct 2022 it started showing a lot of problems. Some of them are listed below. (It has a good camera; the only advantage)1. Heating Issue: Since 1 month of purchase, this effect was consistent. you cannot use even 3 apps simultaneously.2. Black Screen: The phone automatically turned off and it didn't start again. I tried applying all the tips and tricks (tapping the phone, charging, and pressing the power button for 20 sec) offered by youtube videos for its recovery. Had no effect. Zero3. No service center in Inda: To report the dead screen issue, I contacted the service center and they offer no free service during the warranty time. That's sad! Secondly, they take the pickup and problem-detecting charges (summing up to 1000 Rs.)Overall, it is havoc to deal with the constant glitches offered by the phone. Do not purchase. There are a lot more good options.

Will not recommend
ProsGreat camera, only this feature is above other phonesGood batteryDecent user interfaceFlexibility of AndroidConsNot value for money,Should be at least half the price.Delicate set,if it takes a fall even with screen gaurd and case ,story is over.Screen black out!Non availability of spare in Indian marketNot launched in India ,so no guarantee.A LOT OF BUYERS ARE IN THE SAME BOAT OF HAVING A SCREEN BLACKOUT AFTER A FALL,A FALL WHICH IS INEVITABLE TODAY OR TOMORROW.Overall it is good phone, but seeing the vulnerability to fall won't recommend to Indian users.Sellers are fine which are selling in India.

GREAT PHONE WHEN YOU UN-GOOGLE IT
I bought this phone for its processing speed and mainly for its compact size -- I simply don't care for the mega-sized phones. It is the smallest 5G you can get. The problem with the Google phones are, they are totally Google-ized. All the default settings have you shoveling all your data -- virtually everything you do -- up to your Google online account by default. Android users already have an account, but you'll need to log in with a PC and roll through ALL of the online settings and start shutting things off unless you really enjoy sharing everything you do, from passwords to photos, other accounts you may have -- with the biggest trolling site in the world. After that, it took me days to go through the phone and disable or uninstall all the Google bloatware and defaults. The default music player is YT Player (YouTube Player -- YT is a Google company) so it's constantly pitching you YT content online when all you want to do is play YOUR music stored on the phone. The camera app simply sucks. I grabbed a far better free one (ad-free) at the app store. Ditto the calendar. There is a crazy feature called Do Not Disturb (the default setting is "ON") that detects when you're driving and kills the audio from Android Auto! Listen to a podcast? Oh, no you don't! Do Not Disturb requires several settings be toggled to make the Android Auto work correctly. I could go on... Some of the important default settings are hidden under a special "Developer" menu under the Settings "System" menu. After an online search, I found a secret 7-tap procedure to open it up and disable something else that Google was sure everyone would like.Once all this silliness was adjusted to make this a "normal" Android phone, it's a seriously great phone that would otherwise earn 5-stars. I simply can't understand why phone & computer manufacturers can't send these units out "bare bones" and let the consumer add only what THEY want. Rant over. If you have the patience, buy one.
