Q: will this work with hard water

Yes! We have received great feedback so far about how well this soap lathers AND rinses in all water types - specifically we have heard of it being used successfully in the lake, with well water, in homes with softened water (due to hard water), as well as homes without water softeners.

Q: I have read that these bottles arrive in bubble envelopes. Most of the time they arrive broken and leaking. How will they be shipped?

I just got a 32 once bottle in the "protective, and recyclable, box". It had leaked. Looks to be due to the lid not being tight. Please make sure the lid is screwed on tight before shipping.

Q: How many bottles are in the shipment ?

(1) 32 ounce bottle for $12.99 or 2 for $22.99 I believe.

Q: Why is the two pack $3 more than buying two individual bottles (two pack is $44.99 & 2 individual bottles is $42.04)?
