I bought this for my elderly, wheelchair-bound mother who has poor circulation. This is easy enough for her to put on and operate herself. It helps her legs feel better, and I’m sure it is helping her circulation. I tried it myself, and I enjoyed the feeling, so I might borrow it from time to time.

I do wish they had different sizes instead of the inserts because the inserts of course do not fill with air and instead they leave a dead zone! Other than that the carrying bag is a very nice touch especially bc without it these would make a huge mess! Idk if maybe I need to use these more consistently and for a longer period of time to see Any results as far as the swelling in my legs and feet going down, and also as far as the pain in My legs and feet subsiding... but no progress was made unfortunately for me. As a plus size person, I'd definitely recommend something else to other plus size people. Because they were a pain for me to get on because I was super swollen and in pain and especially because those insert pieces are garbage and a really rude way to just brush off the necessity of having a wider range of sizing available either in how these can be adjusted or by having different sizes available for people to buy. Not only are the inserts a dead zone but they also make it so these don't stay up on the thigh and just all around a fail when it comes to the inserts. I saw other reviews where ppl who didn't need to use them thought it was a nice thing for the company to have included and maybe the company thinks that as well. But we're plus size, we're not dead! You can't just shove a dead ass, dusty insert in the bag and call it a day, Pawning it off like you've done your good deed for the week by helping a plus size individual. Because, I can almost promise you that these didnt help anyone and the lack of care and concern put into adding them in with the product is borderline insulting because it causes anyone who needs to use them to have to have a dulled down version of how the product is supposed to perform. Why shine well obviously made no effort to test this out on a person who needs to use the inserts is beyond my comprehension, and for that reason I'm a little offended to be honest. But yall get an E for EFFORT👌🏼! I will be returning mine for a refund.

First, it does take two people to get "suited up." (At least initially) Since I have a helpful husband that is not a major problem, but when you are in it and it is turned on you are stuck where you are until you turn it off and take it off. So have a book, phone, water, or whatever you will need for the next 20 minutes close by.I am not overweight. In fact, my right leg is really skinny. My left leg is almost permanently swollen as the result of internal damage from arterial surgery. It is still not large compared to a lot of normal legs. However, once I did get suited up and firmly plugged in, there was somewhat of a learning curve as to how tight to wrap each foot and leg, especially because the legs are different sizes. You also have to re-wrap each leg every time you use it, which is the reason for only 4 stars.The unit has different pressure levels, but for me the best way to control the pressure is to adjust the tightness of the wraps.The instructions are clearly written, even with some strange word usage, but quite good for non English speakers. The cord was plenty long enough to plug into the socket next to my bed. The leg cord connections were snug to plug in but not too hard.The unit I ordered from Amazon was defective and I returned it. Only a couple days later the company contacted me with an offer to send me a new unit. They kept in contact almost every day until I accepted their offer, and then to check to make sure I received the unit and then to check to see if I was having any issues using it. The company stressed that if you order from Amazon and have issues, DO NOT contact Amazon, but contact them and they will work through it with you. This is one company that means what it says!Although for me, personally, I give it 4 stars, the company service would get TEN STARS if there were that many to give.Time will tel if it is going to help control the lymphedma or perhaps cause new problems. But that has nothing to do with the product which works as advertised.
