Q: If I don't like the mattress after the 30 day trial, how does the return process work? Who pays for shipping?

Considering this is shipped rolled up tightly in a box, once you release it there is no getting it back into a box. You should call Amazon CS and ask these questions beforehand, because that would be very tricky to deal with returning this.

Ours came early. Less than a week.

Q: Compare to Green tea cooling mattress, why is this mattress lighter?

I'm not sure about the Green Tea mattress. But this one is super! I love it. No sore hips. It feels great. The only downside...there is no real support on the edge of the mattress. So when you roll over you may feel like you're going to fall off. I just put a thin pillow on my side and no problem.

Q: I have a 9 inch queen size box spring can i put this 10inch mattress up there .? will it be to big or amything ?

I would say it depends on how tall you are? That's a total of 19" before you add bedding.
