I have purchaced several First time Spot On
I have purchased several of these humidity controllers from other suppliers... You see I have a dehumidifier that works properly all but the controller, it doesn't work properly so I leave it set on constant...But this is the first one of these controllers I have ordered that agrees with all the other humidity readers in the house... Most of the time these things are 10 to 15 points or more off in humidity readings...It is good to have one that finally agrees with all the other humidity readers in the house... Thanks I ordered another as a backup...

The receptacle does not allow a plug with the larger neutral prong to fit.
It appears to have a dual purpose receptacle European / American standard receptacle.The only problem is most American cords have a larger neutral prong and the slot in the receptacle is not big enough. Once you are able to get it hooked up it seams to work ok been running for 3 days no problem.

Bad design
Wont fit the plug in, and just really poorly designed. Cheap product.

Less than 6 months old. Already malfunctioning and won’t measure humidity.

This thing is so generic. No instructions at all.Came in a sandwich bag. Would not work. Total junk. Stay away from this. The low price got me but it was a waste of time.

Dead on arrival
Display reads "8.8.8" or "LLL" after plugging in. Wiggling the sensor wires around got an intermittent humidity reading, but the reading was about 25% higher than my other humidistats (which I trust). Don't waste your time.

Not a good product
Made a very cheap plastic set up is very supposedly easy… It never worked!
