Backboard didn’t fit right
I liked this frame for the picture I had in mind. It was perfect only I couldn’t get the backboard out. It was extremely difficult. I had to slide a butter knife and try to bend it up slightly without breaking it (since it was a gift). I finally got it off and then had the same struggle trying to get it back on. I feel like the backboard was just a little too big.

Arrived broken
This is a gorgeous frame. I loved the design and color, it compliments a beach vacation photo perfectly. It was broken when I unpackaged it, the glue just wasn’t set properly on 2 corners. I was able to use my glue gun and join the frame corners. I was disappointed because this was not a cheap frame.

Very poorly made, broke during delivery, and was ot cut correctly to stay together
