Good sausage seasoning!
This seasoning is dry good. It’s a bit on the hot side, but I like that. The instructions on Amazon says 2 Tablespoons per pound and that’s not correct. I wanted to make 28 lbs wich would have required 56 Tablespoons and there’s not even that much in the package! The 16 oz package is supposed to season 50 lbs do I weighed out 8.5 ounces and it came out good

Has a bite
Just a little too much bite for me. I've been a meat cutter for 39 years, and have made a lot of polish sausage. The seasoning is hard to come by in this part of Missouri though, so I ordered this. It's good stuff, just has a little bite to it.
