The sweater looks well made, very warm, and the designs knitted in are attractive. I immediately ordered this again in a smaller size (4T) because the 5T looks huge.My grandson turned 4 in October, is 41.5 inches tall and 40 pounds. Hope that helps others forsizing.I can’t attest to the durability or how it washes.UPDATE:This turned out to be my grandson’s favourite sweater and wore it all winter. Since he’s 4, we washed it after every wear and it still looks and feels brand new!

Got this sweater for my 20.5 month old. Wanted a nice sweater for our Christmas photos and it was perfect. Odd thing though... I ordered a 3-4 year old size (cause everyone said they were small) but they sent me a 2T. Luckily, it still fit perfectly but I thought it was strange. My son is 34 pounds and is over 3 feet tall, so we were worried it would be too small. But its a really good quality sweater and the pictures were great. :)

Great quality sweater. The design is so cute and the material is nice and heavy. I gave this sweater 4 stars because the 3t seems to fit more like a 4t. My son will be 3 next month and the 3t is pretty huge on him. I wish I ordered the 2T instead, but overall I am happy with the sweater and hopefully I can get two winter seasons out of it. My son is 3 foot and 31 pounds for reference
