Installation might create challenge and seller should offer free installation to avoid customer getting hurt during installation3.Welding finishing could have been a bit more refined and smooth4.Quality of net that covers spring, could have been better5.Please check all product components once it arrives as you may find critical part missing.Any single part miss, can create safety and stability issue, so immediately double check all the number of parts and compare with what's shown in manual before embarking on installation

Well received, all parts where there. Easy to assemble took 10 min. All sharp aluminum pipes are covered so it's ok. Always be there when kids are jumping as the vertical support rods come out easily exposing sharp pipes. There should have been some locking so that it does not come out so easily. Let's see how long this stays. Good for kids weight 30-35 kg.

The media could not be loaded. Not worth using for long run.the rod bent within 2weeks of use. Return window closed so I could not return it. Don’t purchase it.My kid 1.5 yrs old was using so the weight was not too much for it to break in such a way.Useless productI had checked reviews before buying, thought for negative reviews that it could be one of many product which was affected due to manufacturing defect. But all their products are like that and will break in few weeks of usage

Got only 32 Springs instead of 36, 4 are missing. I had seen other reviews talking about this, please do che ke before sending. I shall contact seller for this.I see on each metal part the external coating/paint around welds are damaged. Flakes are appearing and they expose the metal. Infact I see bad paint quality all surface. I must say after spending this money these should be of good quality.It was not too difficult to assemble though. Shall update after I get those missing springs from seller and assemble remaining parts. Shall post usage reviews after that.

Good sturdy product - easy to assemble. The tube quality could be a notch higher to justify the current price.

It’s a good option for children and savings of space

The media could not be loaded. Product quality is on cheaper side, installation made me sweat in winter, no helpline no or proper video available for installation.It cannot hold over 40kg while playing, as 4 hooks broke when 2kids up to 60kg were jumping on it, it is made for kids up to 3okg only.After 50 days of use, i found it to be very expensive and cheap, i will not recommend.
